Who we are
Lucky Universe is an iGaming media company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. We operate myluckyuniverse.com as our corporate site and publish brand properties such as CasinoGPT.

What we collect
This corporate site is informational. We collect only what we need:
- Analytics (cookies): Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization, only after you grant consent via our cookie banner.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message you provide on /contact. Stored in our inbox; never sold or shared.
- Server logs: request data routinely logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and uptime.
Mobile apps
We also publish free, informational mobile apps on the App Store — including Casino Reviews Canada. These apps are designed to collect nothing:
- No personal data is collected — there is no account, sign-in, name, email, or location capture.
- No tracking and no analytics. The apps contain no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and do not build a profile of you.
- Everything stays on your device. The only thing stored is a local preference — your age-confirmation — kept in the app's own on-device storage and never transmitted to us or anyone else.
- No calls to our servers. The content ships inside the app. Tapping an external link (for example a regulator's licence register, or — where enabled — an operator's website) opens it in your own browser, at which point that third party's privacy policy applies.
- Because the apps collect no personal data, there is no app data for us to access, share, sell, delete, or export.
This matches the privacy information declared on each app's App Store listing (no data collected, no tracking).
Cookies
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you click Accept in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by emailing us.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA, GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
