Who we are
Lucky Universe is an iGaming media company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. We operate myluckyuniverse.com as our corporate site and publish brand properties such as CasinoGPT.

What we collect
This corporate site is informational. We collect only what we need:
- Analytics (cookies): Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization, only after you grant consent via our cookie banner.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message you provide on /contact. Stored in our inbox; never sold or shared.
- Server logs: request data routinely logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and uptime.
Mobile apps
We also publish free, informational mobile apps on the App Store — including Casino Reviews Canada. These apps have no account or sign-in, and collect only first-party analytics to improve the app and measure our own advertising:
- No account and no personal data — no sign-in, name, email, or precise-location capture.
- Anonymous usage data. We collect a randomly-generated install identifier and product-interaction events (such as which screens are viewed and when an affiliate link is tapped), used to improve the app.
- Advertising measurement. When you install an app after tapping one of our Apple Search Ads, we receive Apple's attribution (which ad/keyword led to the install) via Apple's AdServices. This lets us measure which ads work.
- No third-party tracking. No IDFA/advertising identifier, no App Tracking Transparency prompt, no third-party analytics or ad SDKs, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. The data is not linked to your identity and is never sold.
- Tapping an external link (a regulator's licence register, or — where enabled — an operator's website) opens it in your own browser, at which point that third party's privacy policy applies. Affiliate links carry a tracking tag so a resulting signup can be attributed to our app.
- You can request access to or deletion of data associated with your install identifier by emailing us.
This matches the privacy information declared on each app's App Store listing (Identifiers and Usage Data, collected but not used to track you and not linked to your identity).
Cookies
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you click Accept in the cookie banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser, or by emailing us.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA, GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your data, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). To exercise any of these, email contact@myluckyuniverse.com.
